MACHINE CONTROLS

These indicator tell you the active fader status, sampling rate and word clock source.

Swap Indicator shows that faders have been "swapped" (large faders control main inputs/stereo returns and small faders control returns from multitrack recorder).

Sampling Frequency Indicator shows the sampling rate that is active (44.1 kHz or 48 kHz).

Clock Source shows the current used word clock reference.

Time Indicator

This display shows the current Absolute Time location of the tape machine and the "tc" indicator will light. If you use the keyboard controls (below) to enter locate times.

Manual Locate & Number Pad

Pushing the Manual Locate Button will allow you to enter a locate time and the machine will go to that locate time as soon as enter is pushed. The number keypad also allows you to edit programmed locate time by using the "Edit" button in section 17.

Machine Control Buttons

These Buttons (All Input, Auto Input, Rhsl, Auto In/Out, & Clear) will mirror these functions found on a Tascam R848.
