Software Controllers & Buttons

 

 

 

 

 

20 rotary controllers (knobs that have no "end stop") and associated buttons change functions depending on the "Mixing/Configuration" button selected in the Master Control Section (section 16).  Depending on the function being set, not all buttons and switches are active.  The screen will show you which controllers and switches are activated.   The "active" indicator next to the controller will also light.  For a complete guide on the display, using the pan function screen as an example, go here.
Selected Channel Dedicated Buttons

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These buttons control the labeled function for the selected channel.   Push a select button on a channel before pushing a button.  These functions are only active if that function is displayed on the screen..
MTR Send/Return Button changes the input to the MTR faders from being the track (return) or the signal sent to the track (send).
EQ Button turns the EQ on or Off for the channel.
Insert/Dynamics Button, If you have "inserted" dynamics processing or insert jacks in the channel, this button turn the inserted item on and off.
Channel assignment buttons will assign the channel to a recording buss, to the stereo buss and.or activate a direct routing for the selected channel. The indicator will light when the assignment buttons are active (they are only active on some screens)
