sounds of summer issue

The technical articles for the issue, from Alexander Magazine, are primer articles on production technique.  There are forty-three primer and tip articles that you  you can access for the next four weeks or so (through August 9th).

All of this posting is part of launching new educational and mentoring services that are scheduled to be completely setup for the Fall school semester.  There will be more announcements in the next issue.

Our Regular Features at REQ are alive and kicking.  In this issue we are posting two Michigan Music articles by PT Quinn (yes-he's back).   PT has been hired to do the photography work for several artists and has a killer interview with Malaco Records blues artist, Little Milton.

Our "Home Recording" features have been renamed "Project Recording" features to reflect the increased use of home studios in nationally-released projects.   Ken Lanyon has given us an article on the routine maintenance that needs to be done  on your computer between sessions when you arte using a program like Pro Tools.

The are, of course, more features to this issue.  I have an idea - start reading it.
