I understand that the school may terminate my training for insufficient progress, failure to meet financial arrangements of violations of school rules as defined in school catalog 5A. I understand that I may terminate my training at any time with notice to the school and the refund policy (below) applies to all terminations.

SEMINAR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT AS NOTED BELOW:

Full Refund: Students terminating and requesting a refund within 3 days of the date of the enrollment agreement and initial payment may receive a full refund of all moneys paid. Applicants who are not accepted for enrollment are entitled to receive a full refund.

Enrollment Fee: The enrollment fee portion of the tuition guarantees a class seat in a particular class and is therefore not refundable or transferable to another class except as noted above. The enrollment fee of $100 is required upon registration and is included as part of the tuition cost.

Partial Refund: Students may not receive any refund after attending any portion of the seminar.  Students applying for and receiving a refund for programs will not be accepted for re-enrollment.

Refund Terms: Students requesting termination and refund must do so in writing, mailed certified mail to the School's address. No refund will be paid without a written request. All refunds will be paid by check and mailed to the requested address (or last address on file) within 30 days of receiving the request. Students who terminate because of prolonged illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical to complete the course, should request a "special cases" settlement with the reasons for termination clearly stated.
