May, 2000 - Yamaha uses Recording Engineer's Quarterly /Alexander Magazine Online Training.  Yamaha's customer service department has requested and obtained permission to use portions of our online training in a customer service glossary that they are putting together. Yamaha customer service head, Don Morris, determined that the online postings of our sites had the authoritative definitions that they wanted to use. At last check they were including "hundreds" of REQ/Alexander definitions and the Yamaha glossary should be available in about 30 days.
